Executive Chef Skyler Hollis is a true Texas native. Growing up in Castroville, TX his flavors and culinary style embody all things Hill Country. A true craftsman, he believes in making memories and bringing people together with amazing food, perfectly curated drinks, and genuine service.

Chef Skyler has extensive experience working in award-winning restaurants and hotels in and around San Antonio including Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood Downtown, Oak Valley Vineyards in Garden Ridge, and the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort.
